POLYPROPYLENE SHEET STOCK
PETG PLASTIC SHEET STOCK
Three-quarter inch thick polypropylene sheet stock of size 1 foot by 1 foot.
Common places of purchase include Grainger, McMaster-Carr, or your local plastic supplier.
When ordering be sure the stock is truly 1 foot by 1 foot to the nearest 1/16 of an inch.. Grainger sometimes sells pieces that are approximate.
Dosing Unit Material List
One-quarter inch thick PETG clear plastic sheet stock of 1 foot by 1 foot size.
Common places of purchase include Grainger, McMaster-Carr, or your local plastic supplier.
One-eighth inch flouroelastomer cord stock of 60A hardness or less. (The softer the better. Anything above 60A will not seal.)
This is sometimes referred to as FKM/FPM and Viton. It is chemical and chlorine resistant and can be special ordered in bulk or can be found at McMaster-Carr.
FLOUROELASTOMER ("VITON") CORD STOCK

One-eighth inch diameter milling bit for plastic.
This can be purchased in many places including Amazon. Be sure it is for plastic and can work for 3/4-inch sheet stock.
ACCESS TO CNC MACHINE
Access to a CNC machine. A reasonably precise and accurate table-top cnc machine will work
Three axis minimum (CNC) is required.
To plastic weld, a means to weld a hermetic seal is required. A ultrasonic press with a wide press attachment is ideal, but an air gun with a heavy weight and careful welder can work too if it is all that's available.
Sometimes local manufacturers will ultrasonic or friction weld one or two welds for free or for a small monetary tip. For them it may only take minutes if their machine is already set up..
1/2 inch PVC Riser
(Two) 1/2 inch diameter PVC riser can be found at almost any hardware store. The threads will be straightened with a dye.
ACCESS TO HOT AIR GUN OR LARGE FRICTION WELDER
Bell or Mason Jar
1/2 gallon Bell or Mason Jar.
Strong plastic bell jar lid.
The best ball jar lid that I found was called "Tough Tops" plastic tops. If you used a thinner/weaker plastic lid, then it is likely to break.

A quarter inch straight tap and dye are needed so the 1/4 plug can be threaded into the sheet stock.
Taps and dyes are often already at school shops or labs, but they can also be bought from a hardware tool shop or online.
